Hey buddy don't beat yourself up. One step at a time. Behaviour changes take a very long time to incorporate in your life and we are allowed to change things as we see fit.

I didn't get it done again, I want to modify the goal slightly. What I wasn't able to complete was the sleep part of it. So I want to get ready for bed at 10pm and get up at 630 every day. This will help with my sleep regulation. What I want to change is having to write down all the food I eat. This isn't mindful eating it is more focused on the old habit of FA. I want to focus more on eating more balanc and having less binge type behaviour on the weekend. Ideally I would like to not have any hard fast rules like only sweet stuff on the weekend but at the moment I think it works.
