My wife wants me to do more (er, any) aerobic exercise. So we're making a contract to run a mile a day (based on Adam's contract -- see 0) to do the same, though with the caveat that I can bike as an alternative (scaling the miles based on equivalent calories burned -- usually about 3.5x).
