Cheat day! I need to get better with the carbs I eat at meals. I'm not bad so far, but I feel like I could do better than eating a piece of bread with lunch or crackers.

Worked out and ate slow carb all day, except for when I had a low. I ate some pretzels while talking on the phone and mistakenly bolused too much. I should have measured. Then again, I was experiencing increased insulin sensitivity from my workout hours before, the sensitivity kicked in suddenly. Drat. Oh well, it could have been worse. I didn't over eat.

Ate all slow carb all day! Before I wasn't eating the right kinds of foods and eating too little at mealtimes. Eating guacamole and vegetables really makes cravings stop.

Ate very good today, no low blood sugars. Had quite a few lows since I started the commitment to better blood sugars a week ago. I'm still trying, still tracking my food and taking my weight and measurements.
