Shutting down from 9:15 - 9:30 pm as follows:
1. Avoid screens (including tv) 2. Meditation 3. Read Means should be ready for bed 10:30-11:00 pm. ONly applies when not going out. When out still attempt to get home by 10 pm to have ONE hour for shut down comprised of meditating, reading and relaxing. Point is to START prep
