DavidOrtega commits to:
- be in bed no later than 3:30 am
- wake up at 10 am and leave to work out for 60 minutes by 11 am - eat between 12 pm and 4:30 on only (water, gum and coffee are allowed afterwards) - work on "Trigger" for 2 hours in silence - be in bed tomorrow night by 2:30 am and immediately work out after therapy the next day for 60 minutes. - work 2 hours in silence on "Trigger". - eat healthy between 12 pm and 4:30 pm - be in bed by 11 pm.
