BLEH.
The last two weeks have been a mess. Poor mood (unmotivated and lazy and overthinking everything), minor shoulder bursitis (which I'm getting treated, should be better soon) and so no gym time, little to no work being done on the important stuff I need to do for school, didn't stick to my meal plan at all, and way too much TV watching. A mess.

It's Wednesday and I seem to finally be coming out of my funk. I haven't taken my weight in a while so I don't know where it's at and I probably won't check until next week because I don't want to.

Once I get my shoulder feeling good I will be back to lifting. Meal plan should move back into place in the next day or so.

Weighed in @ 180.25 lbs this week. So still down, but only a touch because I got lax with slow-carb last week. Since Monday I've been doing great with eating and I decided to switch out freezer spinach in favour of fresh spinach because it's bulkier and I like the taste better. I'm having some problems with getting fairly hungry later at night (after 7pm) but I don't want to have another meal because it puts me too high over my caloric requirements. Instead, I'm still trying to drink lots of water and will try having a stick of celery with almond butter on it.

I still haven't done new measurements because it keeps getting pushed aside by other more important stuff, BUT a lady at the gym told me that I looked like I was losing weight so :P The other reason I want to do measurements is because I might just be converting a fair bit of fat into muscle while staying the same weight. Who knows. I think I will do another BodPod scan at the end of April to really check.
