Limit "major" dessert (gt 50 cal) to once per week. Limit "minor" dessert (lte 50 cal) to once per day. Exceptions may be made if there are two birthdays or other special occasions in the same week, or when accepting hospitality when someone has gone to significant effort for a small number of people.
