| In total I meditated for at least 3 days, 19 hours and 50 minutes - in practice often staying in meditation well beyond the target of 15 minutes. I took up formal training programme in Buddhism and meditation, and my overall health, well-being, happiness and gratitude have all improved over the course of the year. | |
