Enjoying writing my goals 15x, playing interviews in the back ground I realized that many bands I love got together very intentionally and found their stars by emailing them and using primitive social media. Also, I've done bioenergetics and foam/ball rolling, and it's great for my voice. I don't tense my jaw and I have more coordination with my vocal mechanism without really needing to think about it, and I can belt because my breath can go down so low, and I have more control over my rectus abdomenus. It takes time and effort, but especially with the bioenergetic stool, it opens up my chest and shoulders a lot. I think I need to try to do this daily, it's just about as important as actual vocal exercises.

Did bioenergetics. It made my voice and breath control and overall coordination, especially with my cheeks, much stronger. I was pretty tired and felt off the rest of the day, probably from all the air and deep breathing.
