Outline hours / stickk timeframe & breakdown week in detail to make sure things are alotted to a day and time. Take one idea fully through worksheet #1. Additional Scope: A.) Find an awesome content creator that you want to emulate and be better than. Extra info: If there is existing competition, research two of the most successful content creators, and either research a third, OR research a third content creator that's just awesome (Tim Ferriss, etc.). B.) Answer the questions on the first page to make sure we understand what people want in our content. C.) Write out blog post outline (basically all content ideas organized but only written in jot notes) D.) Set aside time with each other on weekend to: i.) Review outline (20 minutes) ii.) Discuss reviews (40 minutes total, 20 minutes each) iii.) Write rough drafts of full content (1-2 hours) iv.) Review rough drafts with markups (30 minutes) v.) Discuss final markups and agree on how to clean things up (1 hour) // TOTAL TIME 4.5 hours: Saturday morning -- 8AM - 1PM CST. Take one idea fully through worksheet #2 AND make sure to have the 1-2 punch emails UNIQUE AND TAILORED TO THE PEOPLE YOU'RE SENDING IT TO. |
