| vsy, just a headsup. I've got a week between this commitment having ended and my NZ trip starting. I'll just continue with the 4 out of 7 then do a 2 to 3 week holiday commitment with a realistic goal not involving calorie restriction. which is too hard on holidays. Any suggestions? | |

Hard work this week, due to being away and out a lot but I made it, just. Still need to address the issue of wanting to "pig out" on the first free day, because I never feel better for it. It's still working so on I go. Down 100kj this week.
