amhover commits to:
1. Workout as frequently as my wife (min. of 25 min per session) during the week
2. Be up at least 2 hrs before Iām required to be with the following exceptions: sickness, late work night, family need or the weekend. 3. Practice morning warmup exercises with the same exceptions as above. 4. I will not partake of: soda, sweet tea, dessert, sweet specialty coffees or candy 5. Lose a minimum of 1 lb every week. Starting weight is 204 lb
