A challenge to remain on the Program for the next 25 days, with the intent of dropping down to 205 pounds by Spring Break.
- no cheat drinks, saving coffee and tea (you can have milk and sugar) - no cheat sweets (no nothing off program, including fruit) - 2 cheat meals on the weekends (starting Friday)
