JulezDunkz commits to:
Exercising at least 4 times a week, eating only healthy foods and drinks for a period of three months, after which, I will continue to exercise and maintain a healthy diet with one cheat day per week. I will resist the urge to smoke and become a non-smoker from this day on so I can live my best life. I will only allow myself one alcoholic beverage night once every month after the next three month period in which time I will refrain from all alcohol. I will look after my body and well being.
