it was a dificul week, as I was sick I need to amnd this contract, and I will, eventhough, I was writing whatI did, it was not what I wanted/should! |

the purpose, was to be "obliged" aware, that I have to relax before sleep. I have to amend this commitment. I can always write what I did, but ,the purpose, , my purpose was not that! being in the PC until before sleep is the worst! and is what happened, on Wednesday ( Thursday Morning) .. I had many excuses, as fever , because of a dentist intervention,...., and , returned home at 2.00a, working in a pub, with the PC. At home, I was screaming inside ," I want to do nothing" I had fever, but I haven't learnt to accept, that I am not well, to rest , and I need to learn that, to have it as habit. expectations... is obstacle, I have just to allow myself to do nothing for 30 min, before sleep, especially not company in Fb! ( it is what I did, as I couldn't do, NOTING", and as after I go to sleep, and brain is working! with many negative results! I have to have as habit , to switch the brain 30; min before sleep, not review my agenda, to do list, prepare for next day, and, have the time I need to rest! thank you! |

PC was lost, was easter, this contract was so as not to force my self, and I have improved, improvement needs to be done! thank you! |

I have done progress, but more canes need to be done, to improve sleep, I may amnd the contract.. to have better results |
