Meditate for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening for 30 days, starting on the 11th of March. Grace: any incomplete time must be completed the next day, and from the 17 to the 19th, half an hour a day is fine. Sign up for one half day sit at Vancouver vipassana hall to compensate for time lost.
