Unapologetic No’s: • Juices Upcoming: • Also, Rules: • I can renew this commitment only in the time window when the report submission is turned on • Once I report success for nth week, the last entry on the commitment journal decides my info diet i.e. no changes in it until the report submission time arrives • Penalty clause: If I do any of the above, either I lose the commitment success or I pay $10 from my PayPal or Rs 1000 to any charity. Misc: • I need to realize that the lists in this document shall be built bit by bit over time in baby steps. I do not need to rush into expounding on these lists. • I’m looking to merge stickk fooddiet, infodiet, and stickk habits thread into one. This is because I understand that change is a painfully slow process and I need to make ONE change at a time. Two per week is already exhausting! |
