So, it turns out that making a one hour change in my daily habits is harder than it seemed it would be. I can report that the one day I did this (last sunday) I did notice that I was calmer going to sleep at night. I loved walking this morning. I felt invigorated and my body felt loose and warm when I got home. Good for sitting down to work.
