-Do checklist every day and gym to be done everyday too. Shower done by 6:30 and "Going out the door" by 8:30
-If not enough time to complete then the exercise still needs to be done before the end of the week. Exceptions/Notes -If any part is not able to be completed due to legitimate circumstances, the rest of it still remains in effect. -checklist can be changed around to suit goals but cannot be changed due to procrastination or laziness. -if working very late on legitimate stuff (including anything edifying) you can pick one day a week (the night before) where you can sleep in. All items on the checklist are still in effect except that you do not have to be up at the same time or out the door at the same time. -A fail is only if something is not completed due to procrastination or being tired not betting more money but this is worth a $100 given up on one of the others.
