1)Eat @least twice a day:
raw veggies 2 different types 2)Eat @ least once a day, (berries nuts separate not just ingredients) 3) Leafy greens once a day min 4) one Apple a day I also commit to not eat or drink: 1)Anything that is primarily sugar product 2) Any junk food 3) Fast food (fried) 4) Dairy 5) Egg yolks Exceptions: unforseens and obvious stuff. fail only if due to lack of discipline, commitment, procrastination, laziness etc. stays in effect after date unless new contract in place. good for 100 on one of the others.
