Hey, I recommend structuring your goal around the output rather than the outcomes. If you say "My goal is to eat X calories a day.... or adhere to such and such diet, and workout X times for Y hours at the gym each week" it is much easier to keep track of and hold self accountable in terms of progressing. You can also record weight to see if your methodology is effective or needs to be changed up. You should hold yourself accountable to outputs(what you will do, your choices), not outcomes(outside of your control, Allah controls)
