This is my 2nd attempt in two years. Last year I managed to grow them pretty well by creating a daily routine of applying base coats, treatments & cuticle oils. However, even if they began growing really fast and looking super nice, they were weak and eventually broke in just a few months. I couldn't resist looking how bad they were so I started biting again. This time around I want to change that & learn from my past mistakes. I've been a nail biter since I was a little child. It's hard to grow out of a habit you've had for over 20 years. But I will start with the same technique as before + more products.

Products:
Rimmel London Nail Nurse Nail Rescure 14 days Treatment
Rimmel London Nail Nurse Stronger Nails
Elmiplant Moisturizing Hands Cream with Almonds & Yogurt
Sally Hansen Moisturizing Nail Polish Remover with Vitamin E & Aloe Vera
+ still have to find a good cuticle oil! Last time I used Oriflame Nail Food and it was really good!
+ still have to find a good file & learn how to file them correctly

Method:
Weekly progress pictures
Only apply these treatments & no nail polish

I am determined to break the habit once and for all! This commitment is in great connection with my Gain Weight commitment as I need good vitamins & foods in my body too to make it last.

Fingers crossed!
