| I achieved this goal where I didn't jerk off solo. I created loop holes where I could jerk off in the company of other men. Though this was beneficial at the time, the last 18 days has made me realize that I don't have to submit to sexual urges. I don't have to go on Grindr. I don't need to have hookups that have no connection. I am choosing to do all those. I am choosing to let go of my sexual power. These are choices that I am making. Stories that I tell myself that I have to do something. The only thing I have to do is what I choose. | |
