Read one book for 20 minutes + thin... Star this Commitment
Week 12 of 12

lumberjack commits to:
I am a Tsundoku.
I collect non-fiction books, read a little and put them off.
It's hard to me to stay with the only one book while there are dozens of amaizing books are waiting for me.
I'm gotta read books fully.
The other problem is not enough thinking about what I have read.
That's why I plan to have 20-minutes reading and 10-minutes thinking about content a day. In the worst possible case it will be not everyday activity but anyway it shouldn't be less then 210 minutes per weer.

Ok. Evidently I derailed. Maybe it's because I really don't need reading these books right now. I suppose I need change the book list. I will choose something about English or programming.

I have done 2/7.

I've known about good ways to communicate:
1) Parent to Child and Child to Parent (when you behave yourself like Parent with Child. And (it is important) your partner behave himself with you like Child with Parent)
2) Parent to Parent and Parent to Parent
3) Child to Child and Child to Child
4) Adult to Adult and Adult to Adult
5) Adult to Child and Child to Adult
6) Adult to Parent and Parent to Adult

Other cases make conflicts. As I understood number 5 and 6 are also not pretty good. But I will pay attention to it later.
And in real life we use two levels of communications (one is hidden). For example you communicate like Adults but hiddenly you communicate like Children (or like Parent with Child).

It was also interesting idea about quantity of interactions (your score). If you don't see your neighbor because of the rest you should have longer communication than usually. Opposite unexpected growth of score will surprise your acquaintance.

Two more ideas were about about appropriateness and efficiency, and ritual and procedure.

I have done 1/7 part of my week plan.

I chose E.Games People Play by E. Bern as the fist book. So I liked ideas about emotional and sensory deprivation. And espesially I liked idea that the eternal problem of the human being is how to
structure his waking hours. Maybe because I have read about these ideas and research before and I agree with them.

I have heard about ego states before but I thought that you should try to be Adult, neither Parental, nor Child. Now I realized that eather ego state is good from the author's point of view. All depends on circumstances (Parental for saving traditions, Child for creative process, Adult for analytical work).

I don't like not enough strict systematization in the book. And a little boring style of writing.

Anyway I wil continue. I believe I will find something knew for me.
