Stay in points (42 daily). 2 tsp of oil daily are free. Party Nuts 10 wholes = 1pt. Light ranch (dip and dressing) and mayo free. Beer on wkds is only 2 pts & any time with a friend. Parmesan and Gatorade are free, oil in cooking is free and butter in popcorn is free. I recognize that a simple "forget" moment doesn't mean I didn't honor the commitment. 1 free meal and treat (2 cupcakes or more) 4/10, 16, 18 are free. Taper week = 20 extra pts daily of pasta W-F.
