For three days, Wed-Thurs-Fri April 12-14, I will eat according to the following food plan:
B: 3/4 protein, 1 grain, 6 oz fruit L: 1 protein, 6 oz veg, 6 oz fruit D: 1 protein, 16 oz veg, 1 fat (2 oz avocado) Notes: lunch or dinner protein will be beans; Friday lunch out will be a crab & avocado salad at Next Door or pre-committed alternative. 1/4 oz nutritional yeast and 1.5 oz vinegar on salad at dinner.
