Stop eating candy (gummies, candy bars, packaged cookies, etc.). Very dark chocolate (70%+) is ok.
Stop eating chips/salty snacks (cheezits, doritos, cheese puffs, etc.). Low/no salt tortilla chips and popcorn ok. No soda or other sugary drinks. Teas (that aren't over-sugared) and fresh juice are ok.
