GET SKINNY. Quit being so whiny and just do it. stop eating so much. eat healthier. don't binge. don't eat other people's food. don't talk about food, cravings, what you have eaten or how much weight you've lost to ANYONE. this is your PERSONAL BATTLE, no one else's!!! don't let your friends sabotage you...let them be jealous of you! GET SKINNY.

I did pretty well this week. I still really need to cut back on my hungover eating. And I have to be extra careful this week because of the holidays!

I was successful most of this week. I ate a little too much, but never binged or overate terribly. But today everything went to shit. I ate and ate and ate all day long. The only good thing is I know why. I was hungover, lonely and feeling sad. Those three are a terrible combination for me and I use food to numb those feelings.

I'm starting tomorrow as a new day, and not obsessing over my mistakes today. I will eat healthy tomorrow and work toward getting skinny.

I did very well eating this week. Didn't binge once, but I did eat a little more each day than I planned. Usually stayed around 1000 calories though so thats good!
