• Penalty clause: If I do any of the above, either I lose the commitment success or I tear down a Rs 100 note before I mark that commitment successful.
• Exceptions in the email clause can be added with 1 day notice on pps but they can be transferred on here only on days when the report submission is turned on.
• If a bullet is broken unintentionally, the penalty does not count, unless stated otherwise.



Misc:
• I need to realize that the lists in this document shall be built bit by bit over time in baby steps. I do not need to rush into expounding on these lists.
• I understand that change is a painfully slow process and I need to make ONE change at a time. Even two per week is exhausting koz it involves stress and thinking!

One thing that I am looking into is to build systems around each of these things so that I do not have to just abstain from them. Example: I noticed that all my quora activity is through their email digest. I build a filter for it, so all the quora digest now simply skip my inbox and move to a folder hidden from sight, which I can always go to later.
    This Commitment has no photos.
