Working in 3-4 hour blocks with 30-60 minute breaks.
Every day, as soon as possible, I will start my work blocks. I will do at least two full blocks on weekdays two full blocks total on weekends. If I have important deadlines to meet I will do additional blocks. (During winter break, I don't have to do any work on the weekends if no important deadlines). Some flexibility for holidays & special events. During these blocks I can work straight, use my 5/5 system, and/or use autofocus
