This is self-explanatory. I need to drink less alcohol, drink it more slowly, and keep drinking water so as not to get to a state in which I pass out.

Good on you for committing to this baby! Slower drinking and substituting the odd glass of vino for a water will def make it possible. When you know you've had a lot to drink, or have got a long session ahead of you try passing on the booze for a little while and down some water or coca cola to perk you up again. That used to work for me! love you lots xxxx |
