Eat the same kind of food every day consecutively, then 24hrs of eating different food to be social on a Saturday or a Sunday of my choice, then repeat. I will eat vegetables at every meal and only consume food that is not processed with unhealthy sugars and or fats. I will do this until Sam's birthday party the last weekend of may.
