PS: 30 days today, but started Stickk a little later, it is a habit here to stay.

Another week down! So this week I felt like 20mins was short. After this I might try to aim for 25 mins and slowly build it up. But always a minimum of 20 mins daily. I tried meditating first thing in the morning and it is much better than the evening as I am sleepy and it feels like cheating. As I am not a morning person I do feel a little rushed in the morning so eventually would like to get up a little earlier and dedicate that time to cleaning house (journalling and meditaition).

Most of my session were in the PM - would love to get up a bit earlier and do them first thing in the morning and again before bed. So that may be my next Goal. 23 days in a row.i did Tara Brach podcast meditation everyday, I'm finding her style easy to get relaxed and forgiving when my mind wonders (it's an opp to come back) and I use andy.P's technique of touching the thoughts with a feather. Trying to be gentle in my practice and not judge. But being me if I'm measuring it, the only success has been in doing it - my mind is not focusing any faster - just as busy as when I started.
