CarolAnnV commits to:
Exercise or movement of some kind 6 days per week with Sunday as a rest day. Daily consume 5 serves of vegetables and to spend at least 10 minutes per day developing my meditation practice. These 3 things are foundational and my goal is not only to integrate these things so they become my norm, but to build to a greater experience of well-being and continue with a fresh new set of goals at the end of this 8 weeks.
