kaibrennan commits to:
Low fat raw vegan aiming for 80/10/10 for the month of May. Some natural fats (avocado, seeds, cashew-based sauces, etc) at one meal (preferably dinner) or in emergency snacks. No processed nondairy milk, alcohol, salt, sugar, wheat, or oil. Raw vegan restaurant options if I start to feel desperate. Meet step goal life and health permitting unless I decide to return my Fitbit. Meet and possibly increase IF goal depending on how going raw feels. Log EVERYTHING in YF and MFP. All of this followed
