Not eat all day today until 10 AM tomorrow. Coffee and gum are allowed. Not eat any bread, rice, pasta, cheese (except with chiles at work), oatmeal, cereal and not eat anything from 9 PM to 10 AM the next morning until Monday 5/15/17.
