Week 3 of 3

Windzal commits to:
Waking up at 6:30am on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and at 12:00-14:00pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Going to bed at 10:30a-00:00am on weekdays and at 6:00-7:30am on weekends.

Additionally, I add a synergistic challenge of being on time at all times for 21 days.

I give myself one guilt-free miss as long as the reason is valid.

Why this habit?
1. To start day off productively and with energy
2. To develop more self-discipline and more self-trust
3. To develop consistent sleeping pattern

Missed two days in a row. I had difficulties falling asleep at the right time, either distracting myself or laying in the bed awake, which would cause me to sleep through the next day in order to feel alert that day.

The challenge is set for upcoming Monday (4 days from now).

The plans is to use this time to imagine as if the challenge has already started and start following through the commitment starting tomorrow, so I get use to it and get insights about my sticking points for this challenge before it actually starts.
