Windzal commits to:
Waking up at 6:30am on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and at 12:00-14:00pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Going to bed at 10:30a-00:00am on weekdays and at 6:00-7:30am on weekends. Additionally, I add a synergistic challenge of being on time at all times for 21 days. I give myself one guilt-free miss as long as the reason is valid. Why this habit? 1. To start day off productively and with energy 2. To develop more self-discipline and more self-trust 3. To develop consistent sleeping pattern
