| I find it much, much easier to avoid porn when I have a stickK commitment to keep me focused and accountable. Structure is good for me, especially with this stuff. After my last commitment ended I did well for a while, but over the past week I've fallen back into familiar, but unhealthy, territory. It's time to get back on the horse. $100 per week is a stiff penalty, but right now that seems like a good thing. I'm ready for more real intimacy in my life, more mojo, and more love. Here's to being the best me I can be! | |
