| Sticking with my plan. Working out at Orange Theory 4-5 times per week. Logging food daily, with little grains and few processed foods; mostly meat, vegetables, and fruit. Drinking minimum of 100 oz of water a day. | |

| Still going well. One small cheat meal of beef fajitas with refried beans, Spanish rice, and a couple of Corona beers. Otherwise, stuck with non-processed foods of fruits, veggies, meat, and eggs. | |

| Going well. I've been doing my Orange Theory workout as scheduled, and am following a diet of primarily non-processed "whole" foods, with very few grains and dairy, and no sugar/sugar substitutes. I am logging my food daily for awhile to see how I'm really doing overall with nutrition. I eat a salad pretty much every day to get my vegetables in, and I usually eat a few nuts for dinner along with a glass of wine. | |

| Still going well. Been following the plan with the ketone drink in the morning and the bone broth shake in the evening, with a salad or something similar for lunch. | |
