LeeSmith commits to:
Each day, and a minimum of 6 days per week, I engage in healthy and focussed practices including the following actions: I drink a minimum of 2 litres water; high fat low carbohydrate eating; I train to a structured triathlon training plan; I journal, where I record my behaviours, results, and review each day and plan the next one; and have positive lifestyle behaviours where I behave as if people are watching and judging even when they're not.
