EmpowerKYG commits to:
I will not eat sugar, fried foods, processed foods, flour, and white foods. I will eat vegetables and fruit, protein, and healthy fats. I can have one cheat meal on Sunday (church), or family holidays/celebrations. Remember you can make almond milk and coconut milk to replace dairy :D
