focus on high value work during week-days. No email or social media before 12:00 - except a very quick 'urgent-mail' check (max 5 minutes) to give me 'peace of mind'. This check happens after I have defined what I want to do that day. This commitment happens when I have an office day (more than 3 hours available to do some work during that day).
