I have prepped meals and been doing shakeolgy - exercise starts Saturday

I did not exercise today, but I only ate eggs, toast and bacon for lunch and chicken and broccoli with cheese for dinner. I am meal prepping tomorrow for the week. I also did a lot of house work that was somewhat "active". Working on making exercise a weekly routine.
