Refocusing on dieting and exercise to try and reach my goal of 175 lbs by the end of the summer:
Diet and Exercise plan is written out to follow it, what I want to hit as goals on Stickk is the making sure I nudge myself into the habits that will keep me on track for that goal, which are: 1. Weight in's on my home scale every morning that I'm at home, this should be a minimum of 5 days a week 2. Logging calories on MyFitnessPal, keep track of weekly caloric intake to watch those values

Missed....a whole bunch of meals, ate plenttyyy of shitty food through the weekend.
Weight ironically seems to be staying pretty much the same, up a little bit from the 'lowest' number I've hit but steady for the past month or 2. Probably going to try and 're start' my diet after reading this nutrition book I'm working on.
