| I've had one close call and I stopped before. The stickK thing is so working for me. Turns out I love commitment, $ or no $, all the same to me. It helps me to keep on thinking about it. | |

Geez, I so love this responsibility thing. I have 0 commitment other than to rite a report 1ce a week. Even with just me as a ref, I feel I have to do it. I've done 1 challenge without $s & it was the same feeling. It switches me from react to response, because I fiercely watch out for 'the thing'. |

| A great run. Whenever I want to launch into a shouty, I go "NO! That sucks." or "I don't do that!". Just 2 seconds & I can choose a different response. | |
