kristymay commits to:
On 4 days out of 7, I will stay under 6100kj, plus any extra kilojoules earned through exercise. If I manage 5 or more days, I earn an extra reward - vsy will buy me a coffee, give me the cost of a coffee or send me a cute pic of Sophie. On the days I am allowed over, I will still aim to stay under 10000. If I stay under 10000 the whole 7 days, I want a surprise reward, which vsy will have to think up, but it can't cost more than $5, preferably no cost.
