I've journaled 5 of the 6 days and today I will Journal on my phone and make it a recap day. A wrap up as I'm on the road all day today and sometimes it's hard to plan every detail in advance because you don't know what will come up. Better long term planning may be an option. Most importantly I feel for the journaling to have value is carry over what I've written and to keep writing. To keep showing up and dumping what I need to dump from my mind :)
