4.) No fap (no porn or masturbation)
5.) No passive use of internet, video watching or social media

Day 1 - Monday:

- Meditated for 10 minutes (before going to bed; mindful labeling technique)
- Resisted to smoke weed when friend rolled a joint at mines
- Breakfast - Hummus+Broccoli; Snack - Naked Green Machine; Dinner - Hummus+carrots, broccoli and salad
- Didn't fap (this is probably the easiest)
- Drank 1 cup of Matcha Tea Latte and Chi Tea Latte (Matcha releases caffeine 3 times slower than coffee giving more sustainable energy without a crash due to some kind of amino acid)

5) No more than 1 cup of coffee per day

Observing urges is the key. They manifest as uncomfortable sensations on the body that come and go. The key is to observe those urges without being reactive and realize that they are temporal. They come and go.
