DavidOrtega commits to:
- I can only eat the food I take with me and veggies from the cafeteria at work and cottage cheese from work. Absolutely nothing else until tomorrow and no eating after 10 PM. No peanuts or peanut butter.
- I must be in bed at 2:30 AM and wake up at 9 AM. - I must immediately walk Chewie, meditate, journal and work 3 hrs on "Trigger". - No video-games or internet on my desktop until I go to work tomorrow. I must be in bed at 2:30 AM tomorrow. I can add any additional goal in the journal section.
