| Long flat, cumulative with doggy. Short elevated was modified with 10 min on level 15 of my treadmill, which needed to happen because of family obligations and heat. Challenge was Kay pay. | |

| Wow! The middle of any journey gets to be tough, but I'm still doing it. I have made a few modifications due to doggy circumstances and this has caused me to get more creative. My long flats will need to be counted as an accumulation of a longer daily dog walk with training. I have been training doggy for about 3-weeks doing brisk walks around my property. The mileage adds up. This week I did my 2 mile long flat on more than one day! My short elevated was the la Mesa stairs. My challenge hike was iron mountain trail for 2.3 miles and an added qigong session on trail! | |
